【仕事内容】

神楽坂にある新潟郷土料理店「つみき」にて、将来の幹部候補として、店舗運営・マネジメント全般をお任せします。まずはホール業務からスタートし、徐々に店舗経営の中枢に関わっていただきます。

<具体的には>

*ホール業務全般(接客、レジ業務、オーダー)

*キッチン補助業務

*発注管理、在庫管理:お酒や食材の発注、仕入れの打ち込みなどを担当。

*アルバイトの育成・シフト管理

*日報作成、簡単なPC作業(数字管理や報告業務)

*メニューのレイアウトや業者とのやり取り

*SNSの簡単な更新作業

*お店の簡単清掃 など

<入社後の流れ>

入社後はお店のことや従業員紹介など基本的なことからお伝えします。飲食業界未経験の方も歓迎経験のある方は即戦力としてできることからお任せし、慣れてきたら店舗・スタッフ管理などの運営業務をお願いしていきます。
