業務内容

  • 役割

デジタルマーケティングメンバーや社内エンジニア・ディレクターと連携しながら、媒体の集客を最大化させるための、オウンドメディアのディレクター業務を担当していただきます。

ご経験やご志向性に合わせて、以下のような業務をお任せする想定です。

  • 具体的な業務内容

・調査レポートの企画・編集・執筆

・企画実施および効果測定の実務経験

・プレスリリースやメディアリレーション業務による外部メディアへの露出

・サービスに関する第三者メディアでの掲載およびリンク獲得の推進

・SNSと連携したコンテンツの企画・制作

・KPIの策定、モニタリング、改善運用

募集要項

【必須条件】

・事業会社でのSEOマーケティングの経験(2年以上)

・外部関係者との連携・交渉経験

・スプレッドシート、エクセル、SQL等を用いた統計、分析業務の実務経験(主に、IF、文字列操作系の関数。)

・ご自身でのライティング経験、インタビュー経験

【希望の条件】

・WebディレクターとしてのCVR改善経験(2年以上)

・アンケート結果の傾向分析経験

・アクセス解析ツール(Google Analytics/サーチコンソールなど)を活用した実務経験

・API経由で必要なデータを取得できるスキル

・データ分析〜課題・仮説提案、それに基づく改善策の立案、実施、検証業務の実務経験

・SNS(Instagram/TikTok)の運用

・HTML、JavaScript、MySQLの基礎知識

・Google Analytics、GTM、Google Adwordsの基礎知識

・広告・IT業界または人材業界を対象としたマーケティング実務経験

・目的から逆算して、取り組むべき課題を定義できる方

・解決すべき課題を特定した上で、解決手段については柔軟な方(例:実施後の反響を見て、手段そのものを変えることや、外部パートナーとの連携・コンテンツの再設計など、いろいろな手段の幅を持ちつつ推進できること)

・デザイナー、マーケター、および、開発、営業部門と受け身ではなく、自ら意図や条件を整理し、共通認識を築きながら進められる方

よくあるご質問

Q:なぜノンデスク産業に着目してビジネスを展開しているのですか?

A:私たちは「令和を代表するメガベンチャーを創る」というミッションから逆算して、どの業界よりも市場が大きくまだ開拓されていないノンデスク業界に軸足を置き、ビジネスを展開しています。その為、業界に興味を持ってご入社された方より、「競合が少なく、大きな市場で業界で1番を目指していけること」、「会社の成長が早いことで、スピード感を持ってキャリアアップしていけること」を求めてご入社される方がほとんどです。また幅広い知識をつけることを目的として総合領域の人材企業を選択される方もいらっしゃいますが、本当に市場価値を上げたいのであれば業界の知識よりもどんな業界でも通用する汎用的なポータブルスキルの方が大事です。(業界の知識は調べれば誰でも身につけられるので、市場価値を上げる手段にはならないため)

Q:トラックドライバーの時間外労働時間上限が制限される『物流の2024年問題』の煽りは受けませんか?

A:『2024年問題』は当社にとって追い風です。『2024年問題』を契機に、荷主・運送会社共に危機感が生まれ、人材採用とデジタル化への投資を積極的に進める会社が増えています。

また、コロナによって非対面を前提としたオペレーションが増えた結果、デジタル化も進んできています。人口減少する日本におけるDXの最後の砦と言われる、ノンデスク産業に対して、人材採用と業務管理のデジタル化を急速に推し進めており、時流に即した黒子の成長企業となっています。

Q:ノンデスク産業はなんとなく大変なイメージがあります。実際はどうですか?

A:大変さがあるとすれば「営業力を伸ばすための成長痛」だと思います。ノンデスク産業の人材紹介はまだまだ発展途上であるのに加えて、専門性が高く、大手の総合系の人材紹介と比べて求人数が少ないです。

※固定残業代を超過した分の時間外労働手当は全額支給
