- 具体的なお仕事内容
企画だけ・投稿だけに限らず、企画/撮影/編集/投稿/分析まで、SNS運用に関わる一連の工程を経験できます。
・Instagram、TikTok、YouTubeなどを中心としたSNS運用
・クリニック公式アカウントの企画・投稿・スケジュール管理
・症例写真・動画の撮影、Photoshop等を用いた画像編集
・トレンドを意識した動画・静止画コンテンツ企画・制作
・医師やスタッフと連携した企画ミーティング
・数値分析をもとにした改善提案
・医療系SNSアカウントならではの、正確性や信頼性を大切にした情報発信とユーザー対応
いきなりすべてをお任せすることはありません。
これまでの経験や得意分野に応じて、
編集や投稿補助などから少しずつ業務をお任せしていきます。

- 想定している人物像
・Photoshop、Canva、動画編集ツールなどに触れたことがある方
・個人SNSや趣味で、画像・動画制作や投稿をしてきた方
・「SNSが好き」から一歩進み、仕事として関わってみたい方
・トレンドや数字を見て、改善を考えることに興味がある方
・美容医療や美容コンテンツに関心がある方
・チームでコンテンツを作ることが好きな方
※実務経験は問いませんが、画像編集・動画制作など、何かしらの制作経験(独学・個人活動含む)をお持ちの方、歓迎です

残業代は1分単位で支給いたします。
