仕事内容


【主な作業】

・搬入・設置・施工作業を含む軽作業

・各現場にて家具・什器・備品の搬入作業全般

・家具や什器の組立取付を含む施工作業

※作業では搬入(運搬)のほか、開梱(荷解き)や梱包材の集積等も行います

※作業では机・椅子・小型家電・寝具・棚など様々な商品を扱います

【作業エリア】

仕事は宮城県内を中心に隣県まで幅広いため様々な現場で業務を行います

※作業ではホテル・オフィス・商業施設・学校など様々な施設の空間創りを行います

【全員が未経験から活躍中】

搬入時の荷物の運搬は専用の平台車を使用して行います

  • 力に不安のある方も勤務できる環境です

台車や工具の扱い方は経験豊富なスタッフが説明

  • 世代問わず未経験から多数のメンバーが活躍

自分達の手で創り上げる作業はやりがい十分で、達成感や技術向上を存分に感じる事ができます

施工業務は派手な作業だけではなく、地道に黙々と行う一面もあり、壁や床に穴を空けたり什器を取付ける作業もあるため集中力が求められる作業でもあります

大変ですが自身の経験・成長になる仕事です。

  • 【 1日の流れ 】

    (1)現場毎の指定時間に出勤

    (2)現場移動後、朝礼を実施し作業開始

給与


日給8,000円〜12,000円

基本給:1日あたり8,000円〜12,000円

・交通費規定支給

・時間外手当(実働8hを超える残業発生時に支給)

・各種手当(早出・遠方・施工・運転・深夜割増など、現場条件により支給)

・昇給あり

※複数の手当が重なると日給12000円を超える事もあり

※電車・バスの利用:実費支給

※車・バイクでの通勤:500円~上限2000円(駐車場は無料)

【手当詳細】

・早朝手当:500円~(朝の集合時間が早い場合、時間に応じて支給)

・遠方手当:700円~(営業所からの距離・移動時間に応じて支給)

・施工手当:500円~(技能・経験による)

・運転手当:500円~(走行エリア・距離数による)

・深夜割増:2000円~

・出張手当:一律2000円(遠方により宿泊を伴う場合に支給)

・繁忙期手当:500(3月31日まで支給)

※施工手当は経験により異なります(未経験は基本的な作業から経験を積んでいただきます)

※出張手当は宿泊日数毎に2000円の支給となります

【給与支払い方法】

[給与:現金手渡]毎週5回(月曜日~金曜日)

[給与:口座振込]毎週1回(水曜日)

※現金での給与受取は仙台営業所にて行います

※支払い方法は「現金手渡し」・「振込」から選択となります

※日払いの場合はお仕事の翌日にお給料の受取可能です
