Your new role
- Configure SAP FI/CO modules such as GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting to support business requirements.
- Lead or facilitate finance-related workshops, using appropriate accounting and financial terminology.
- Apply knowledge of Japan-specific financial, tax, and statutory requirements in SAP solution design.
- Conduct data migration for finance master data and transactional data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes and support pre-sales activities.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP Finance (FI/CO) functional experience.
- Experience across relevant SAP areas such as product costing, fixed assets & leasing, revenue recognition, AP integration, and general ledger processes.
- Completion of at least two full-cycle S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, SAP configuration, and data migration for finance objects.
- Business-level fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2) and English, with familiarity in Japan's financial regulations preferred.
