Practical knowledge Must be proficient in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint. Experience with SAP FICO, MS Power BI and Confluence is a plus. Knowledge in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting is a plus. Structured working and attention to detail is a must. Must have the ability to work effectively within a team and independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-driven and pro-active in solving daily operational issues. Able to work and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and suppliers. Excellent communication and documentation skills

Below the overview of services requested: - Monthly deliverables check with project leads upon deliverables reception - Monthly invoice processing in SAP system and payment request - Monthly interns allowance processing SAP system and payment request - Reimbursement processing when applicable - Raise purchase requisition in SAP system and support until purchase order release - Support the Connectivity Finance team during budget planning/tracking - Support the Connectivity Finance team for monthly management budget update - Support the Connectivity Finance team with Accounting and Finance related reporting - Ensure smooth finance related operations and troubleshooting (alignment with Accounting and Controlling)
