仕事内容:
FAVは、ペットと人が安心して暮らせる"やさしい街づくり"を目指すプラットフォームです。
全国のオフラインコミュニティをつなぎ、医療・防災・インフラ、そして"人と人の交流"まで。
ペットを中心に、地域があたたかくつながる仕組みをつくっています。
Tafree;はその想いから枝分かれし、タフティングを通して人と人・地域のつながりを生む体験を形にするブランドとして活動しています。
そのティングスタジオ「Tafree;」の事業成長を支えるメンバーとして、ペット関連事業における事業企画/開発、イベント企画/運営、マーケティング、商品企画/開発を中心に、幅広い実務に携わっていただきます。
アイデアを形にするだけでなく、企画提案〜実行〜改善まで一気通貫で経験できる環境です
① SNS・HP運用(オンライン集客)
Tafree;の魅力を発信し、ファンづくり・集客につながる運用を行います。
- SNS運用(投稿企画・構成作成)
- 撮影(制作風景/イベント/商品など)
- HP掲載内容の更新・改善 など
② 営業活動(提携先開拓・企画提案)
ペットショップ・カフェ・イベント主催者・企業などに対して、Tafree;のフォトスポット/ワークショップ/オーダーラグの企画提案を行います。
- 新規提携先へのアプローチ
- イベント・企画内容の提案/調整
- 実施後の振り返り、改善提案 など
③ オフラインマーケティング(イベント出店・体験設計)
イベント出店やワークショップ運営を通して、集客・ブランディングにつながる施策を一緒に考え、実行します。
- イベント内容・体験設計の企画
- ブース構成や見せ方の検討
- 現場での運営サポート/改善提案 など
④ その他(希望・適性に応じて)

勤務時間・曜日:
【勤務時間】 10:00〜19:00分の間で、1日4時間以上
【勤務日数 】週3日以上(シフト制)
※金曜日は社内の全体会議実施日のため、13:00〜17:00に出勤可能な方を歓迎します。
【その他勤務条件】
- 最初の3ヶ月間:研修のため原則出社
- 3ヶ月以降:進捗状況に応じてリモート勤務も検討

日給1.2万〜1.5万円 (※イベントの稼働内容や規模によって都度変動します。)
