現在わたしたちは"Honda Mobile Power Pack"(=MPP)の事業を通じ、モビリティを中心とした製品の電動化促進に取り組んでいます。

【お任せする内容】
HondaのMPPを電動二輪車などのモビリティ利用のみならず、生活のいろんな場面で活用していただくために、バリューチェーン全体を見渡した事業企画提案・商品企画、もしくは国内外の営業をお願いいたします。
ポジションに関しては個々の能力や指向に合わせアサインさせていただく予定です。
1.国内のOEM向け営業
交換式バッテリーパックを搭載する製品を開発していただけるOEMへの拡販をお任せします。
2.海外営業
二輪車事業の海外現地法人と連携してMPP搭載電動二輪車の拡販及びバッテリーシェアリングサービス(BaaS)事業の拡大に向け、事業推進を行って頂きます。
3.事業企画・商品企画領域
技術チームと密に連携を取り、市場検討から商品提案・商流やオペレーション構築、量産後の使用感のフィードバックとそれを改良した商品企画のサイクルまで上流から下流までを一気通貫でお任せします。

【組織構成】
MPP企画販売課
└今までは二輪車のグローバルトップシェアメーカーとしてHondaのモビリティを世界のお客様に提供していましたが、今度はその技術を活かした交換式バッテリーパックを搭載する製品を開発していただけるOEMへ拡販するという社内でも新しい取り組みをしている部署です。事業全体の管理が組織内で完結し、手触り感のある事業に携わることが可能です。
Honda社内で様々な営業経験を積んだメンバーから学びながらスキル獲得できるポジションです。
BaaS事業課
└社内でも新規部署であり、BaaS(Battery as a Service)ーバッテリーシェアリングサービスを中心とした事業づくりを展開している部署です。eMaaS(電動モビリティのシェアリングサービス・サブスクリプションモデルなど)など次世代の潮流の中で、伸びしろの素地が大きい領域であり、ルーティン業務はなく常に皆が学びながら新しいことにチャレンジしつづけています。Honda社内でもキャリア採用の割合が多く、SIerやITインフラ企業からの転職者が多く在籍しています。
