Job Description
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed about industry developments.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional and courteous communication.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Ensure that all customer interactions meet or exceed company standards for service excellence.
- Administrative Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the telesales team, including scheduling, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in telesales or inside sales, with at least [X years] in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
