学校法人の運営業務を担っていただきます。未来を担う学生の成長支援に尽力できるスタッフ(任期制)を募集【大学事務未経験者も歓迎】

具体的には

2028年5月、本法人は創立100周年を迎えます。アカデミックな雰囲気の中で、共に学生・生徒の成長支援に尽力していただけるスタッフ(任期制)を募集いたします。

大学事務の経験がなくても、これまでの民間企業や官公庁等での事務経験等を活かして、学校法人運営の業務を担っていただくことができます。

対象となる方

専門学校、短大卒以上の学歴を有すること 民間企業・官公庁等での勤務経験が1年以上あること 部門により遅番・シフト勤務に対応できること 他

【募集職種】契約職員

契約期間:2026年4月1日~2029年3月31日(3年間)

※契約期間更新なし・専任職員登用制度なし

  • 専門学校、短大卒以上の学歴を有すること
  • 民間企業・官公庁等での勤務経験が1年以上
  • 部門により遅番・シフト勤務に対応できること

勤務時間:【横浜キャンパス】8:30~16:30(実働7時間)

給与:月給 18万9,000円~25万9,000円

※本法人規程により、年齢・経験年数等を換算し、決定いたします。

昇給・賞与:昇給/業務評価および勤務実績により年1回

  • 賞与/年2回(計2ヶ月分)※2025年度実績(初年度中途就職控除あり)

諸手当:通勤手当、時間外勤務手当:あり

  • 退職金:なし

休日・休暇:土曜日・日曜日・祝日、その他本法人の定める日

※ただし、大学行事及び繁忙期休日勤務、業務区分により休日交代勤務有り(その場合は休日を振替えて取得)

※年次有給休暇は、採用日から付与
