【仕事内容】
建設機械の"心臓部"を支える金属部品を加工する仕事です。
大手メーカーの製品を支えるため、
精度0.01ミリ単位の加工技術が求められます。
最初は「材料のセット」や「計測」など
基本作業からスタートしますが、
ゆくゆくは機械の動きを理解し、
加工条件の設定や段取りまで任されるようになります。
「機械に材料を入れるだけ」の単純作業ではなく、
"どうすればより精度高く、
美しく仕上がるか"を考える技術職です。
【具体的には】
・専用機械(マシニングセンタ・旋盤など)の操作
・加工条件(回転数・切削速度など)の設定・調整
・加工後の寸法確認(ノギス・マイクロメーターなど)
・次工程への受け渡し、段取り替え
※図面の読み方や測定器の使い方は、入社後に基礎から研修します。

勤務時間・曜日:
8:00~17:00 20:00~5:00
2交代制/夜勤月10日あり
※交代勤務を望まない場合はご相談ください。
休暇・休日:
週休2日制(土日) 年に数回土曜出勤日あり
年間休日112日(2024年度実績)
年末年始、ゴールデンウィーク、夏季冬季休暇あり(各7~9回ほど)
給与:
住宅手当:10,000円/月
扶養手当:配偶者5,000円、子3000円/人
夜勤手当:1,000円/回(月10回含む)
昇給制度有(1回/年)
賞与制度有(24年度実績2~3ヶ月分)
交通費支給
役職手当有
資格手当有(上限2万円/月)例:機械技能士(旋盤、マシニングセンター、保全、検査)
インフレ手当:月5000円・半年3万が賞与で支給
