【仕事内容】
当社は建設機械や産業機械の部品を製造する、
大手メーカー一次協力企業です。
油圧ショベルなどに使われるパーツの金属加工をお任せします。
具体的には:
旋盤・マシニングセンター・ギヤシェーパー等による金属部品の切削加工
図面を基にした加工条件の設定・工具の選定
加工後の寸法測定や品質確認(ノギス、マイクロメーター等使用)
生産効率や品質向上に向けた改善提案にも積極参加可
※適性・経験に応じて、段取りやプログラミング、治具設計、
加工方法の検討など上流工程にも関わっていただけます。

建設機械(油圧ショベル等)のギア部品、シャフト、ハウジング、油圧部品など
精度が求められるため、加工精度はミクロン単位の世界
高硬度材・鋳物の加工も多く、技術をさらに磨けます

8:00~17:00 20:00~5:00
2交代制/夜勤月10日あり

休暇・休日:
週休2日制(土日) 年に数回土曜出勤日あり
年間休日112日(2024年度実績)
年末年始、ゴールデンウィーク、夏季冬季休暇あり(各7~9回ほど)
給与:
住宅手当:10,000円/月
扶養手当:配偶者5,000円、子3000円/人
夜勤手当:1,000円/回(月10回含む)
昇給制度有(1回/年)
賞与制度有(24年度実績2~3ヶ月分)
交通費支給
役職手当有
資格手当有(上限2万円/月)例:機械技能士(旋盤、マシニングセンター、保全、検査)
インフレ手当:月5000円・半年3万が賞与で支給
