【東京:リモート】開発のエンジニア(MBD支援と自社パッケージ)

【仕事内容】

大手グループの安定基盤経験の幅を広げたい方・スペシャリスト志向の方も歓迎です

【職務概要】

自動車及び自動車部品メーカー向けのMBD支援および自社パッケージ開発をお任せします。独立ベンダーであるため常に最新技術を用いながら、実際のMBD環境実装プロジェクトで培ったノウハウを踏まえて自社製品に落とし込んでいくため、お客さまからの評価も高く多くの引き合いを受けています。

【職務詳細】

・MBD支援(導入コンサルティング・シミュレーション環境構築・モデル作成/改善など)

・お客様の組織レベルのビジネス戦略を理解し、自社独自のパッケージ製品の企画立案および開発

自社パッケージのリリース後はニュースリリースを出したり展示会への出展を企画し、リードを獲得し事業拡大に繋げていきます。同じ部門内にソリューション導入をメインで対応するチームもありますので、将来的にはMBD分野にて幅広いキャリアパスを選択いただくことも可能です。

【働き方について】

プロジェクトの状況にもよりますが、業務の大半は自社内での対応となります。リモートワークも交えながら効率的に業務を行なっています。

年収:450万~600万程度月給制:月額375000円給与:経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇賞与:年2回(6月、12月)昇給:年1回(6月)
