桜の名所でもある東京観光のスポット"隅田川"を舞台に、屋形船にて高級和食コース料理をご提供する新サービス『SUSHI CRUISING ORIGAMI』を2025年4月にオープン。
東京タワーやレインボーブリッジを臨む船の上で、一流の日本食を楽しむ。そんな非日常を体感できる新感覚アクティビティを、ゆくゆくは日本文化の一つに昇華させていきたいと考えています。

【仕事内容】
大井町から出航する屋形船の上での接客・ホール業務及び出航前後の準備・片付けをお任せします。昼と夜の1日2往復のみでメニューは全てコース料理となっており、寿司・一品料理、飲み物などのご提供、接客をお願い致します。今回はランチを挟む8:00~17:00の募集となります。
一流の料理にふさわしい接客をお願いします。
※ホールスタッフは2名で乗船しますので安心してください。

基本的な接客スキル、ホールでの立ち居振る舞い、寿司・一品料理、飲み物の種類など一つひとつを丁寧にお教えします。
丁寧な接客を心掛けること、一緒に働く仲間を大切にしながら心のこもったお料理、飲み物をご提供することにこだわりを持っていただくこと。そんな意識をお持ちの方からのご応募をお待ちしています。
【日本の文化"ヤカタブネ"を世界に】
絶品の和食・寿司、数々の観光名所に並び、平安時代から受け継がれてきた伝統文化ともいえる屋形船を融合させた画期的な新サービス。それが今回の『SUSHI CRUISING ORIGAMI』です。例えば、富裕層向けのアクティビティとしてラグジュアリーホテルとタッグを組み、限定プランとしてご提供していくなどを計画しています。
将来的に「日本旅行といえばあの屋形船を体験しなくては」といわれるような、一大イベントにしていきたいという展望があります。そんな当事業の立ち上げメンバーとなってくださる方、この機会にまずは当社までご連絡ください。
【伝統的かつ革新的な屋形船】
特徴1:屋形船の設計を手掛けたのは、国内外の名店を設計し、数々のミシュラン星付き店舗から絶大な信頼を得てきた匠(名前は非公開)。伝統的な技術と革新的な発想を融合した、まさに最高傑作と呼ぶにふさわしい唯一無二の屋形船です。
特徴2:約10メートルのL字型カウンターはひのきの無垢材を使用。シンプルさの中に高級感を宿し、カウンター越しに職人技を体感できるつくりとなっています。
特徴3:屋形船の売りの一つである景色。すべての窓が雪見障子を備えており、東京湾・隅田川の景色に特別なひとときを演出。ローカウンターとアーム付き椅子で心地よさと安らぎを提供します。
最高の料理だけでなく、このようなこだわり・特徴のある屋形船でお客様をお迎えします。

【5名のスタッフで乗船します】
板前二人、ホールスタッフ二人・料理人の5名で乗船します。そのため、研修の段階でしっかりと流れを掴んでから実践へと進んでいきます。
