【職務内容】

・セキュリティポリシー・ガバナンス体制の策定、社内展開、定期的なレビューと改善

・情報セキュリティ/リスク管理体制の構築・運用

・ISO27001の基準をベースにしたリスクアセスメント・監査対応

・セキュリティ関連プロセスの設計・改善・文書化

・社内教育・啓発活動の企画および実施

・インシデントレスポンス体制の構築・運用

・SaaS製品導入時のリスク評価、セキュリティレビュー

【
望ましい経験/スキル
】

・セキュリティ関連の業務経験(3年以上)

・セキュリティ規程、リスク管理、教育、監査などの体制設計・実行経験

・ISO27000シリーズ、SOC2、ISMAP、NIST CSFなどいずれかの導入または運用経験

・GRC(ガバナンス・リスク・コンプライアンス)に関する基礎知識

【歓迎要素】

・CSIRTやSOCの構築・運用経験、ゼロトラストアーキテクチャの導入経験

・CISA、CISSP、CISM、CEH、情報処理安全確保支援士などの資格

・国内外の法規制およびプライバシー関連法の対応経験

・脆弱性診断・ペネトレーションテストの計画・運用経験

・AWS/Google Cloud/Azureなどクラウド基盤におけるセキュリティ設計・運用経験

・DevSecOpsやCI/CD環境におけるセキュリティ実装経験

・ネットワーク、OS、アプリケーションレイヤーに関するセキュリティ知識

【賃金・賞与】

・月給:541,667円~1,500,000円

・想定理論年収:6,500,000円~18,000,000円

※上限金額はその限りではございません。

※月給・想定理論年収:基本給+固定時間外手当(35時間相当)

※時間外手当は一般職のみとなります。

加えて、固定時間外手当(35時間)を超えて勤務した場合は実績に応じて支給いたします。

※別途インセンティブが支給されることがあります。

【働き方】

・フレックス勤務可能(所定労働時間:9:00〜17:45 ※休憩:1時間)

・リモートワーク可能 ※フルリモートについては予め申請が必要となります。

・週休2日制(土曜日および日曜日)、国⺠の祝日、

・年末年始(12月29日〜1月3日)

・その他会社が指定した日 年次有給休暇(6日〜21日)

※入社月によって付与日数は異なります。
