仕事内容:

未経験からクリエイティブディレクターへ 年休125日・リモート可

リバティーンズ株式会社は、アプリストアに特化したマーケティング支援を行うAdtechベンチャーです。今回募集するディレクター職は、動画広告・静止画広告・アプリストアクリエイティブの制作ディレクションを担い、クライアントの成長に直結する"クリエイティブの中枢"を担うポジションです。

【この仕事で得られる経験】

・YouTubeやSNS、アプリストアなど多様なプラットフォーム向けの広告制作ディレクションに携われます。

・広告効果のデータ分析や改善提案も担当し、デザイン×マーケティングの両軸でスキルアップ可能。

・国内外のプロジェクトに関わるチャンスもあり、グローバルなキャリアも目指せます。

【主な業務内容】

・アプリ関連のデザイン制作・コンサルティング

・アプリストアクリエイティブ(アイコン・プレビュー画像等)の企画・構成・ディレクション

・動画広告(YouTube・TikTok・SNS)、静止画広告(バナー等)のディレクション

・クライアント折衝、企画・改善案のプレゼンテーション

・クリエイティブ広告の数値分析、仮説立案~施策提案、PDCAサイクルの実行

・企画書・改善提案書・レポートなどの資料作成

年俸制:320万円〜450万円

・年俸制(12分割支給)

・経験・スキルを考慮して決定
