連続した休憩時間を確保しています。

ぐっすり仮眠を取ることも、

プライベートを満喫できるんです。

仕事内容

4人チームで、以下の業務を

30分~60分ごとに交代します。

立ちっぱなしの心配はありません。

ビル入口での立哨・監視(日中)

  • 正面玄関や通用口に立ち、

不審な点がないかを見守ります。

もちろん、空調の効いた室内です。

警備室でのモニター監視・受付

  • 防犯カメラの映像をチェックしたり、

業者の方の受付対応を行います。

座って集中できる業務です。

ビル内の巡回(夜間・早朝)

  • 決まったルートを通り、

異常がないかを確認して回ります。

適度な運動になります。

緊急時の一次対応

  • 万が一の際は、マニュアルに沿って

関係各所への連絡などを行います。

勤務時間詳細


変形労働時間制(週平均実働:40時間)

【夜間もしっかり休憩を取れる働き方】

「宿直勤務」がメインです。初めての方は慣れるまで少し時間がかかるかもしれませんが、夜間連続休憩が6時間あり、ミドル・シニア層も活躍しているのでご安心ください。

宿直10回 8:00~翌8:00(食事1H夜間6H)

日勤2回 8:30~15:00(食事1H)

休日休暇

  • 1ヶ月単位のシフト制(宿直月10回+日勤2回程度)

ご希望に応じてシフトを決定します。土日に勤務する場合もありますが、平日に振替休日があります。

  • 有給休暇(取得率は90%以上)

公休とあわせて連休を取り、家族と過ごしたり旅行をしたりする人も。リフレッシュする時間もたっぷりとれます。

~~「明け休み」とは?~~

宿直で8:00まで働いた場合、夜勤明けの日は出勤はありません(この日を "明け休み" と呼びます)。公休ではありませんが、体感的にはお休みになるため、ゆとりが持てます。

※年間休日は107日です。

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1226円 〜

給与は時間給制度となります。(時給1,226円~)

60歳以上の方は嘱託契約となります。(1年更新、給与同条件)

給与例


月収237,739円~(各種手当含む、交通費別途)

宿直10回日勤2回勤務の場合

  • 交通費全額支給
  • 社会保険完備(雇用・労災・健康・厚生年金)
  • ミニボーナス年2回(6月・12月/昨年実績:合計4万円)
  • 家族手当(配偶者:月1000円、子1人につき:月1000円)
  • 宿直手当(深夜割増に上乗せ/宿直1回につき1000円)
  • 資格加算(時給に加算/防災センター要員講習:5円、自衛消防技術試験:30円、施設警備2級:15円 等)
