You will be part of our Air Logistics team, contributing your leadership skills and aerospace expertise to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
Your RoleYou will be in charge of leading the team, ensuring procedures are up to date to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities You will lead the team, ensure procedures are current to achieve customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on the following key objectives:
- Supervise the team, set SMART objectives, improve processes for setting performance goals, and update training and certification records.
- Implement new systems for the department.
- Build and maintain relationships with SME customers, including attending customer quarterly business reviews (QBR).
- Strengthen relationships with Engine Chain approved vendors, assessing their core capabilities and competitive positioning with industry cost models; performing annual cost reviews to proactively reduce business expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, global aerospace defense policy (P807), and engine policy manual (P808).
- Oversee all aviation and aerospace (AA) product audits, both internal and external.
- Manage the relevant profit and loss, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
