\リーダー業務大募集/
金融サービスに関するお仕事
主にクレジットカードを紛失された方からのお電話受付をお任せします。
具体的には…
・複数カードの紛失盗難受付・照会等の電話受付業務
・電話受発信対応者(OP)の管理
・対応サポート など
研修にてオペレーターとして知識を身につけていただき、
ゆくゆくはリーダー業務を担当いただきます
マニュアルに沿ってご案内するだけ

資格
・学歴不問
・電話対応、PCを使用したお仕事の経験がある方
- コールセンター経験のある方大歓迎

月~日の間で週4~5日勤務
7:50~21:00の間で実働7時間45分

【研修について】
オペレーター研修:座学3週間/OJT2ヵ月
リーダー研修:OJT1ヵ月
9:00~17:45(休憩60分)
※オペレーター研修期間中は原則平日の日中勤務です。
※時給変動はございません。
休日
お休みはシフト制です。
