<残業無し短時間勤務の正社員1日実働6.5時間>

保護者様との面談や児童との関わりを通じて、課題や支援ニーズをヒアリングし、お子様の支援計画を作成し、他の職員さんに共有・指導などをしていただきます。

短時間勤務なので、お仕事をしっかり行いながらも、ご家庭との両立を図りやすいスタイルです。

勤務時間をお選びいただけます。

・9:30~17:00

・10:00~17:30

・10:30~18:00など

(休憩1時間・実働6.5時間)

※年末年始を除いて土日祝も運営いたしますが、職員同士で相談のうえ、お休みも調整いたします。

※月1シフト提出、希望休はほぼ100%反映。予定に合わせた働き方がしやすいです

集団活動を通じた「ソーシャルスキルトレーニング」をベースにしながら、個別に「知能改善」の訓練を実施しています。

発達段階に応じた支援を行う方針のため、児童に無理をさせず強制もせず、楽しく過ごす中で発達支援を行えます。教室生活においては、好ましい行動へ「導く・促す」という考え方で児童への支援を行います。あくまでこども達の自発的な行動によって成功体験を得られるように支援していくため、毎日楽しい思い出を胸に、笑顔で帰宅していただけます
