1.仕事をする上で大切にしていることとは?
チーム全員の成長を見守り、支援していくことを大切にしています。
それぞれが自身のペースで成長し、全体としてより強いチームになることを期待しています。
2.PMの仕事内容
私は、おもにプロジェクトの管理を担当しています。
日程・コスト・品質のバランスを取りながら、プロジェクトを進行。
会計システムに関連するプロジェクトもあり、クライアントによって柔軟に対応していきます。
3.PMに求められるスキルとは?
PMとしての管理能力はもちろんですが、コミュニケーションスキルも非常に重要です。
たとえば、報告の際、社長に対しては要点を簡潔に伝え、リーダーには詳細な問題点や進捗を確認します。
相手によって適切な情報を適切な方法で伝えることが求められる職種です。
4.仕事で難しいと感じるところと対処策
仕事をする中で直面する難しい課題は、教育や経験の継承にあります。
特に、PMの経験を次世代へどう伝えるかは、重要な課題で。
忙しい日々の中でも、時間を見つけて知識を共有し、理解を深めてもらうことが必要なんで、
そこのバランスをきちんととるように意識をしています。
また、ERPソフト導入の経験を生かし、具体的な ケーススタディ を通じて教えることが効果的だと考えています。
IFS導入・開発保守・運用などの教育制度の導入、英語によるコミュニケーション能力の向上など、様々な課題に取り組んでいきたいところでもありますが。
5.会社の強みとは?
グローバルな視点 を持ちながら、日本国内での専門的なノウハウを活かしているところが強みです。
特にERP導入の経験が豊富で、IFSに関する深い知識を持っているところは、他社にはない強みだと感じています。
柔軟で迅速な対応力も優れており、お客様のニーズに合わせた カスタマイズ が可能な点も。
これらの強みを活かし、さらなる成長を目指しています。
6.挑戦していきたいこと
今後、私は業務デリバリーの財務管理、人材開発(採用・育成内容の拡充・評価基準の整備)に注力していきたいと考えております。
業務面では、PMや会計のスキルなど、ドキュメントを整備し、メンバーのスキル向上に貢献し、多くのプロジェクトが稼働できる体制の構築をしていきます。
7.次世代への想い
次世代の皆さんには、単にスキルを伝えるだけでなく、仕事の楽しさやチャレンジ精神を伝えたいと考えています。
新たな挑戦を恐れず、自分の可能性を広げることが大切です。
また、PMとしての経験を積みながら、リーダーとしての資質も養って欲しいと思います。
次世代の成長を見守り、しっかりサポートしていくことが、今の私の役割。
