仕事内容

人材採用に課題を抱える

企業やお店への提案営業です。

弊社と取引のない新規企業に対して

電話し、採用課題のヒアリングから、

解決に向けたプラン提案を担当します。

顧客の状況に合わせた提案による

新規獲得がミッションです。

※受注後の求人作成や掲載準備、

掲載後のサポートは

専門スタッフが対応します。

営業活動に専念できる体制です。

【業務の流れ】

  • ヒアリング

新規の企業やお店へ電話し、

採用計画や課題を伺います。

  • 求人掲載の提案:

ヒアリング内容をもとに、

最適な求人プランやサービス、

予算をご提案します。

1日の架電数:

平均62件(40〜80件)です。

週あたりの商談数:

平均8件

※ZOOM・TEL商談が中心。

稀に訪問商談あり。

架電リスト:

会社準備と自作のリストを併用
