【仕事内容】
不動産仲介業者様から中古住宅を購入し、リフォームを施し、一般のお客様へ販売します。当社では物件の担当として、「仕入れ」「リフォーム立案」「販売」すべての工程に携わることができます。
- 主な業務の流れ
・情報収集…不動産仲介業者様から中古物件の情報を収集します。
・現地調査…候補物件のアクセス、周辺環境、物件の状態を調査。
・買取価格の決定…リフォーム内容と買取価格を決め購入します。
・リフォーム…購入した物件をリフォームします。立地・広さを踏まえて想定される購入層のニーズ等をイメージし、社内の工事担当者と打ち合わせを重ね、その物件にベストなリフォームを施します。
・販売…完成した物件を不動産仲介業者を介して販売します。

予算内でどういったクロスにするかなどデザインやリフォームに関する意見だしのうえ反映ができるポジションです。
- 組織構成:
名古屋支店は計10名(支店長1名、課長1名、営業5名、工事担当2名、事務1名)が在籍しております。今後事業拡大にむけて増員を実施中であり、転勤もないため将来的に更に上のポジションで活躍いただくことを期待しています。

営業先は不動産仲介業者です。仕入れた中古不動産(マンション、戸建)の販売も仲介業者にお任せする為、売主・買主のお客様とのやり取りは仲介業者様が行います。そのため、土日祝休み・月残業時間全社平均9.5時間の働き方が可能です。
- 首都圏を中心に中古マンション・中古戸建をリフォームして販売する「中古住宅再生事業」を展開。
- 実績のある中古住宅再生をベースに、近年は収益不動産売買にも積極的に取り組んでいます。年休120日以上安心の上場企業
- 不動産会社では珍しい土日祝休み。
残業時間は全社平均9.5時間で平均有給取得率も90.1%と高く、夏季、年末年始とまとまった休暇もとれるため、ワークライフバランスを保ちながら長く働ける点が魅力の一つです。
