金属資源本部は、グローバルなパートナー企業と協働し、事業投資とトレーディングを通じて、収益の柱である地下資源事業(鉄鉱石・石炭・銅等)を強化しています。
加えてサステナビリティ・循環型社会への対応として地上資源事業(リサイクル)の展開・成長を狙い、さらに低炭素社会に向けた新たな領域(電池バリューチェーン、GHG対策、鉱山周辺事業等)での取り組みに挑戦しています。 具体的な業務内容 ミドルオフィス領域担当として、本部の事業戦略に沿って、以下事業の安定的履行の実現と業務効率化推進(契約書手配、約定処理、営業経理・入出金業務、計数管理、DX推進)、関係会社管理・市場分析等、を担当いただきます。
・物流事業分野:鉄鋼原料や非鉄金属商品のトレーディング
・投資事業分野:鉄鋼、非鉄金属の地下資源への事業投資、地上資源(リサイクル)事業の開発、投資
・組織運営分野:本部直轄組織での本部運営(事業計画策定、管理会計、予実分析、研修の企画立案、実行等)
