- 経験を活かせる調理・接客
スープ仕込み
(行列ができる秘伝レシピを伝授)
具材カット、ラーメン&サイドメニュー調理
元気な挨拶、ご案内、料理提供
店内清掃、洗い場業務
新メニューの開発、既存メニュー改良
- 店舗運営業務
スタッフ育成、シフト管理
売上・原価・衛生などの管理
※ゆくゆくは店舗マネジメントもお任せします

「らーめん金伝丸」とは?
家系と九州系を融合させた渋谷系豚骨ラーメン屋
こだわりの濃厚「豚」×あっさり「鶏」のWスープに、口に入れると濃厚豚骨醤油ラーメン「特丸」は、当店の人気メニュー
口に入れるとホロホロととろける角煮や、鮮やかなオレンジ色の黄身で味もしっかり染みている味玉などのトッピングも豪華で、こだわりのスープや麺との相性もバツグン
- 濃厚な豚骨ベースですが、あっさりとした鶏も合わせているというWスープのおかげか、重すぎずバランスが良い。
- 特製醤油ダレが効いており、深いコクと旨味が感じられる
- 豚骨のコクがありながら、最後まで美味しく食べられるバランスの良さが魅力

給与詳細
※基本給・固定残業代の総額
基本給:月給 36万3200円 〜 51万3200円
固定残業代:あり
1ヶ月あたり8万6800円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり56時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
