BtoB・IT/テック領域の国内外クライアントを担当いただきます。

入社時はPRスペシャリストとして実務を担い、試用期間後の評価により、企画・提案を担うプランナーへステップアップする想定です。

プレスリリース作成やメディア対応などの実務をベースに、

「なぜこの切り口か」「どうすれば事業成長につながるか」を考えながら、

PR戦略の設計・改善にも段階的に関わっていただきます。

週4日在宅・時短勤務も可能。

仕事内容

  • メディアリレーション(アポ取り、取材調整、掲載フォロー)
  • プレスリリース作成・配信(日本語中心/英語リリース対応あり)
  • メディアキット作成、記事校正、露出管理
  • PRイベント/記者発表会の企画・運営
  • クライアントとの定例(オンライン中心)・進行管理
  • SNSキャンペーン企画(社内SNS担当と連携)
  • 市場・競合調査、切り口提案、簡易レポート作成

※「実行だけ」ではなく、企画・提案の比重を徐々に増やせます

※ 分業体制あり(PRプロモート部隊/SNS/SEO等の専門家が社内に在籍)

必須

  • PR会社または事業会社での広報・PR経験(目安3年以上)
  • クライアント折衝・提案経験
  • 日本語ネイティブレベル
  • 英語対応(メール/オンライン会議)
  • 東京オフィスに週1回程度出社可能な方

勤務時間・曜日:

  • フレックスタイム制度

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥4,500,000 〜 ¥6,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥51,000〜¥68,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

  • 昇給:年1回
  • インセンティブ賞与:年2回を別途支給
