訪問介護の現場で、サービスの調整や管理を行う

サービス提供責任者を募集しています。

訪問介護員をサポートし、利用者様が自宅で

自立した生活を送れるよう支援します。

夜勤なしで、働きやすい環境が整っています。

【お仕事内容】

1. 訪問介護員のシフト管理

スタッフのシフト調整を行い、効率的に人員を配置。

介護サービスがスムーズに提供できるように管理します。

  1. 訪問介護員の指導・教育

    新人スタッフへの指導や研修を担当します。

    現場での実務やマナー、介護技術を教えます。

  2. サービス計画の作成・調整

    利用者様一人ひとりに合わせた介護計画を作成し、

    サービスが適切に提供されるよう調整します。

  3. サービス提供の管理

    サービスが計画通りに行われているか確認し、

    必要に応じて調整や問題解決を行います。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥301,000 〜 ¥500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥76,000(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給301,000円〜

【給与内訳】

・基本給 195,000円

・役職手当 5,000円

・職能手当 25,000円

・業務手当 76,000円

(45時間の固定残業代として支給。超過分は別途支給)

※試用期間3ヶ月(条件の変更なし)
