Conduct business analysis to solve strategic issues within the company, including marketing and sales efficiency analysis, campaign analysis, customer segmentation, and touch point optimization.
- Advanced business analysis and research on the latest technologies such as AI and forecasting technology.
- Construction and management of analysis systems to realize business analysis and verification of analytical systems.
- Promote democratization of data and visualization of corporate and customer activities using BI tools.
- General operations related to organizational management, including training of analysis members and employee training.
- Collaboration with Group companies and construction of data analysis infrastructure for joint use of data with the Group.
The Data Analytics Department consists of 16 members and aims to strengthen the department structure through training and development of young members.
