◆障がい者福祉に貢献するお仕事です◆
Q. どんな施設ですか?
A. 社会福祉法人ウーノの「相談室こ♡ころ」です。障がいがある方が地域で安心して暮らしていけるよう様々な事業を展開しています。
Q. 具体的に何をするの?
A. 指定特定相談支援事業・指定障害児相談支援事業に携わり、障害者・児の計画相談作成業務を行います。
Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?
A. 学歴不問で、東京都などの外部研修も積極的に受講できる環境です。資格取得支援もあります。
Q. どんな働き方ができますか?
A. 常勤職員の他、年間勤務時間1512時間~2016時間未満の短時間常勤職員の働き方も選べます。残業もほぼありません。
