- C/C++を利用したオブジェクト指向設計および実装の実務経験2年以上
- Linux(ディストリビューション不問)を利用したコンパイル、ビルド、
ファイル操作などの操作経験あり
- 小規模チーム(目安3~5名程度)の進捗管理、レビューの実務経験あり
【歓迎資格・経験】
- アジャイル開発(スクラム)の実務経験あり
- GitまたはSVNを利用した

組込・制御エンジニア(リーダー)
【仕事内容】
ファクトリーオートメーションを実現するためのシステム開発案件に携わっていただきます。
インライン検査の良否判定のアルゴリズムを実行する機器におけるLinux向けミドルウェアおよび
Windows向けシミュレータをC/C++を利用しての実装、または、画像処理/画像認識アルゴリズムの実装/高速化の開発を行っていただきます。
チームリーダーとして小規模なチーム(5~10名程度)の進捗管理とレビューをご担当いただき、
かつ、プレイヤーとしてご自身でも設計・実装をご担当いただきます。
【入社後のイメージ】
入社後は経験も考慮しながら、チームリーダーまたはプレイヤーとして前述の案件または類似の案件にご参画いただきます。
プレイヤーとしての参画となる場合は、グループリーダーのフォローアップを受けながら、1~2年程度を目処に徐々にチームリーダーへとシフトしていただきます。
