【仕事内容】

プロダクトマネージャーとして、主に製薬企業の新たなプロモーションやチャネル創設を

はじめとした、マーケティングの効果的な取り組みを牽引する事業を開発・推進していただきます。

事業計画や戦略策定などの上流工程から、サービスやサイト機能の改善まで幅広く

主体的に遂行していただける方を求めています。

【具体的には】

・中長期でのビジョン~戦略作成、新規事業の立ち上げ

・必要な外部資源の調達、ビジネスパートナーとの交渉

・目標(KGI、KPI)の設定と目標達成のための取り組みのリード

・ユーザー調査・ログ/データ解析などを通じた企画立案・仮説検証

・プロジェクトマネジメント

・業務プロセスの設計、ルール化

・事業、サービス、機能の改善企画、詳細要件定義、画面設計

・プロモーションの計画と実施、サービス運用

・エンジニアと円滑なコミュニケーションが可能なレベルでの開発知識

・ユーザー視点でのサービス最適化およびデータに基づくUI/UX改善のご経験

・自分自身で企画立案、オペレーションを設計し、継続的なPDCAで成果を上げた経験のある方

・ログ解析、データ分析による課題抽出と企画・実行の経験がある方

【給与】

年収800~900万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
