ブライダルジュエリー専門店で、

ご予約のお客様を中心に接客を行います。

主な業務

・来店予約の受付

・指輪のご提案、試着サポート

・オーダー内容の確認、書類作成

・在庫管理、ディスプレイ

・電話・メール対応

・SNSでの簡単な販促サポート など

お客様の来店は予約制のため、

急に忙しくなることはほとんどありません。

一人ひとりのお客様と、

落ち着いて向き合える接客です。

一切設定していません。

店舗全体で目標を共有し、

達成した際は、スタッフ全員に

・商品企画・デザイン

・バイヤー(仕入れ) など

定期的な面談を行い、

「これからどうなりたいか」を

一緒に考えていきます。

・月9日休み

・残業は月平均10時間ほど

・勤続1年以上で年2回の4連休制度あり

・産休・育休取得実績多数

・男女ともに育休取得率100%(2024年実績)

20時定時で月曜から金曜はほぼ残業なし。

土日祝はは20時までに来店された

お客様対応で残業が発生する日も

ありますが、それでも1時間程度です。

また、将来的に結婚や出産を

考えている方も安心して働ける環境です。

産休・育休からの復職率が高いことも

勤務時間・曜日:

11:00~20:00

※実働8時間・休憩1時間

※平日はほぼ残業なし
