【仕事内容】

業務内容

「direct」はチャット機能を搭載した現場DXのプラットフォームです。この「direct」をさらに拡張する新たなアプリ群「direct Apps(タスク・スケジュール・掲示板)」の開発・運用をお任せできる方を探しています。

業務の進め方

お任せする業務は、サーバーサイドのAPI開発から、フロントエンドのUI開発まで多岐に渡ります。

要望や不具合はチケット管理されており、上長や関連部署と相談しながら、取り組むチケットを選定します。

どう実現するかについては開発者に裁量が与えられており、自分自身で考えたりメンバーから意見をもらったりしながら進めていただきます。

開発したコードは GitHub のリポジトリで管理され、コードレビューやテスト実施し、品質を高めていきます。

プロダクトは、1、2ヶ月単位のリリースで開発運用を行っています。

開発環境

TypeScript を主要実装言語としています。アプリ・企画案件ごとに適した開発環境を選定しているため、多様な開発環境があります。一般的なシステム構成のサービスだけでなく、例えば、AWS Lambda とDynamoDB を使用したサーバレスアーキテクチャで構成されたマイクロサービスもあります。

開発端末は、MacBook Pro 14inchを支給します。

【求める人材】

必須要件

・JavaScriptやTypeScript等でのWebアプリケーションの開発経験

・AWS上でのサービス開発経験

・RDB や NoSQL を利用した開発経験

・これまでのサーバーサイド開発経験を活かしながら、フロントエンド開発の経験も積んでみたいという気持ちをお持ちの方

歓迎要件

・AWS上でのサービス運用/管理経験

・冗長多重化や負荷分散の設計、パフォーマンスチューニングに対する理解と経験

・HTML/CSS、HTTP、TCP/IPなどのWeb技術、ネットワークの基礎知識

・Linuxあるいは何らかのUnix系OSの使用経験と、その上で動作するソフトウェアの開発経験

【給与】

年収600~750万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
