仕事内容:

当社のSES事業において、営業業務をご担当いただきます。

案件・要員の獲得から、情報整理、マッチング、提案までを一貫してお任せします。

現在SES事業は立ち上げフェーズのため、まずは営業領域を中心にご対応いただき、その後の対応範囲についてはご経験やご希望を踏まえて相談しながら決定します。

【対応業務】

以下の業務は単独で対応できることが前提となります。

  • パートナー企業の開拓
  • 既存顧客・パートナー企業へのアプローチ
  • パートナー企業との情報交換・案件共有
  • SES案件内容やエンジニア要員の整理
  • 案件情報・要員情報のマッチング
  • 協力会社・フリーランスへの人材/案件募集
  • 案件・要員の紹介・提案(主にメール対応)

以下の業務は、ご経験・稼働状況に応じて、可能な範囲でご相談します。

  • 案件・要員に関する問い合わせ対応および調整業務
  • 顧客・パートナー企業との面談調整、面談同席・フォロー
  • 条件交渉、見積作成、契約関連業務のサポート
  • 稼働開始後の顧客・エンジニアフォローおよび運用調整
  • 契約更新・延長対応、勤怠確認などの運用管理業務

  • SES営業の実務経験
  • IT業界における案件・要員の商流理解
  • 協力会社・パートナー企業との営業経験

  • 協力会社やフリーランスエンジニアのネットワークをお持ちの方
  • 複数案件を並行して対応したご経験
  • ERPや業務システム導入に関する知見
  • 基幹システム・業務システム関連案件の営業経験

勤務時間・曜日:

  • フルリモート
  • 稼働時間:週15時間以上(応相談)
  • 平日の日中(目安:9:00〜18:00)に稼働可能な方
  • 稼働日・時間帯は業務内容に応じて柔軟に調整可能

勤務地:

フルリモート

給与:

  • 時給制:2,000円〜4,000円
  • 月額固定制:20万円〜60万円(工数・スキルにより応相談)
  • 成果報酬型の報酬体系も相談可能
