仕事内容


※4月からの勤務開始となります。

【総合病院内での医療事務】

ご案内するお仕事は、一般病院とは異なる役割を担う医療機関での医療事務業務になります。

患者様が限定されている医療機関にて来院数が比較的落ち着いた病院で、

外来・入院に係る受付窓口の医療事務全般の業務をお願いいたします。

  • 病院標榜診療科

・内科・外科・皮膚泌尿器科・産婦人科・眼科・耳鼻咽喉科・放射線科・歯科

・一般病床20床・院内薬局・臨床検査室を備える総合病院です。

  • 窓口業務(1名体制)

①オンライン資格確認等の受診者受付業務

②カルテ・診察券・会計伝票・患者台帳の作成等業務

③レセプトコンピュータを利用した診療費の算定業務

④当日来院患者数集計等の統計業務

⑤各診療科の会計伝票内容の確認等業務

⑥レセプト及び総括表の内容確認・修正等作業

⑦院内環境整備等

※各業務実施に当たっては、病院職員の方々と協力して行って頂きます。

【参考】

  • 過去3年(令和4~令和6年度)における1日の平均患者数及び1ヶ月の平均レセプト枚数

・患者数:1日27名(医科25名・歯科2名)

・レセプト枚数:1ヶ月210枚(医科174枚・歯科36枚)

  • 現在運用しているレセプトコンピュータのソフトウェア

・医科:CANON Aventy3.0、

・歯科はノーザ WiseStaff-9Plus

※機器更新により変更となる場合あり。

求めている人材


【必須条件】

・医科の医療事務技能審査試験の資格若しくはこれと同等の資格をお持ちの方

(医療事務技能審査試験、診療報酬請求事務能力認定試験 等)

・病院または公的医療機関での医療事務実務経験(年数不問)

・基本的なPC操作

(電子カルテ入力、レセコン操作、Excel・Word初級程度)

※4月からの勤務開始となります。

  • 勤務日:平日 月曜日~金曜日
  • 休憩時間:60分(正午から午後1時までの間 昼食時間含む)
  • 残業について:過去3年(令和4年~令和6年度)の超過勤務の実績は月平均約2時間

契約更新期間:1年毎(自動更新)※更新期間上限なし

休日休暇

  • 完全週休2日(土・日)
  • 年間休日 124日

基本給:時給 1700円
