シューズ、バッグ、小物など、

着物再生アパレルの販売をお任せします。

インバウンドのお客様がほとんどで、

楽しくフレンドリーな接客を心がけています

店舗運営だけでなく、

商品の企画開発にも積極的に携われ、

【仕事内容】

  • Tシャツ・靴・バックの店舗販売業務

(接客、商品説明、お包み、レジ、免税登録等)

  • 店舗バックヤード業務

(在庫管理、発送管理、受発注業務)

  • 来店希望のお客様や、

成約したお客様とのメール対応等

  • その他店舗運営業務
  • アルバイト・パートのマネジメント業務等
  • SNS投稿やチャットの回答
  • 商品企画開発

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり167時間

【就業時間】

10時~19時(休憩60分/8時間労働)

出勤日は土日祝日含むシフト制となります。

※月3日間まで希望休の申請ができます。

※残業は月平均約10時間程度です。

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 22万2700円 〜 24万7700円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万7300円 〜 4万5500円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり15時間 〜 25時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

【年間休日105日の場合】

月給275,000円 (基本給+見込残業代込)~ +諸手当

【年間休日120日の場合】

月給250,000円 (基本給+見込残業代込)~ +諸手当
