- 顧客を管理し、顧客の現場レベル(主に部門長レベル)のスタッフや管理職に焦点を当てて事業拡大を推進します。
- 進捗を上司やエリアマネージャーに報告します。
- 取得した情報をエリア内で共有し、共通認識を維持します。
- 関連するエリア営業間でチームワークを発揮します。
- 業務遂行時には、会社および営業戦略を理解します。
- 医師やスタッフに会社および製品を説明します。また、会社の資料の目的を顧客に説明します。
- 顧客からの問い合わせに対応し、問題のレベルや必要性に応じて上司と相談しながら解決します。

- 当社と顧客双方にとって相互に有益な結果を生み出す取引を成立させるための交渉スキル。
- 販売後のプロセスと要件を漏れなく実施するスキル。
- 顧客との関係構築スキル。
- 外部関係者(販売代理店など)との強固な関係構築スキル。
- 顧客や市場関係者から正確かつタイムリーな市場情報を収集するスキル。
