Data-Driven Excellence - Own vendor performance frameworks with measurable KPIs, achieve 95%+ SLA compliance, and optimize cost-per-hire year-over-year
Operational Excellence - Lead high-volume hiring initiatives while maintaining quality standards and 70% speed-to-fill targets for critical roles
Stakeholder Influence - Build relationships across multiple levels and secure executive buy-in for strategic initiatives
Risk & Compliance Leadership - Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and Amazon policies while proactively managing workforce planning risks

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience as an HR Business Partner or experience in an HR functional area including, but not limited HRP, HR services, or recruiting
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of leading large complex programs experience
Knowledge of compensation/total rewards, talent management, performance management, compliance, and organization design and development
Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
