【職務内容】

入社直後は、当社の学習制度を活用しつつ、経験レベルに応じた業務からスタートします。

■初期研修・学習期間(主要業務)

・APアカデミー(社内研修)や検証環境の貸し出しなどの制度を活用した、Copilot Studio/Power Platform/Azureの集中学習

・認定資格取得に向けた学習時間の確保とサポート

■OJTによる開発サポート

・経験豊富なエンジニアの指導のもと、Power Platform(Power AutomateやPower Apps)を用いた小規模な業務アプリ開発・改修から着手

・AIエージェント開発プロジェクトにおけるテスト、ドキュメント作成、簡単な機能実装のサポート

■技術的ナレッジの蓄積と共有

・習得した技術知識を社内ドキュメントとしてまとめ、自己の成長をチームに還元

【求める人材】

・実務未経験でも資格を取得されている方

・プログラミングスクールに通われている方

【歓迎】

・ 継続的な学習習慣をお持ちの方(IT系資格の自主的な取得、独学でのプログラミング学習、技術ブログの閲覧など)

・ PowerPlatform認定資格(PL-900など)を保有している、または取得に向けて学習中の方

・ 困難な状況でも、粘り強く主体的に業務や学習に取り組める方

・ PowerPlatform(PowerAutomatePowerAppsCopilotStudio)を独学で扱っていた経験

・ IT業界での業務経験(職種不問)

・ 要件定義、設計など上流工程への強い関心

・ 生成AIやLLMに関する基本的な知識

【給与】

年収600~900万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
