≪ 仕事内容≫

お取引している保険会社の商品を、保険会社の代わりにお客様に販売するお仕事です。

保険は難しいイメージを持たれがちですが、当社は万が一入院した時に備える入院保険の販売に特化しております。

既にお電話(インサイドセールス)加入意思を確認した、80%以上加入が確定しているお客様宅にご訪問する為、契約率も80%~100%

営業ビギナーの方でも無理なくスタートできます

その気持ちさえあれば中卒、高卒、営業未経験でも素晴らしい活躍をされている方がたくさんいます

やることは下記①~④だけ、業務もシンプルで分かりやすい

①アポイントが入ったお客様宅に訪問

②保険内容について説明

③書類の記入を頂き契約締結

④次の訪問先へ移動

9:00〜18:00

・所定労働時間8時間

・12:30~13:30まで60分休憩

250,000円〜800,000円(住宅手当+勤続給含む)

基本給:230,000円〜

住宅手当:10,000円

残業手当:残業時間に応じて全額支給

※別途インセンティブ支給あり

賞与:年2回(6月・12月)
