・エンゲージメント向上と組織風土改革: 従業員サーベイなどを通じて組織の課題を可視化し、社員がより高いエンゲージメントで働ける環境・風土を創るための施策をリードします。

・女性活躍やDEIの推進: 多様な人材がそれぞれの個性と能力を最大限に発揮できる、組織文化の醸成を推進する。

<必須要件>

・大卒以上

・人事部門での人事・人材開発・組織開発いずれかの業務経験(3年以上)

<歓迎要件>

・事業会社の本社人事部門でのご経験

・ビジネスレベルの英語力(グローバルな人材育成に活かせます)

・リーダーのご経験
