業務内容
当社の映像配信サービスを支えるため、技術開発から現場サポート、運用設計まで幅広く携わっていただきます。
具体的な業務は以下をお任せします。
次世代配信技術を駆使した映像配信システムの設計・構築・検証
CyberAgent Groupの動画事業(ABEMAなど) における映像配信レイヤー全般の技術業務
映像・ネットワーク・サーバーにまたがる技術的な問い合わせ、トラブル対応
配信番組、スタジオ運用における技術管理、改善提案
新技術導入に向けたPoC、技術選定、ドキュメント整備
単なる運用に留まらず、「より良い構成・より安全で効率的な仕組み」を考え、形にしていく役割です。
また、入社直後には以下のよな業務をお願いします。
まずは、次世代配信技術を活用した配信システム構築に向けて、
技術情報のキャッチアップ・小規模な検証環境での技術検証PoC・既存システムや現場オペレーションの理解
など、チームメンバーと密にコミュニケーションを取りながら、段階的に実業務へ関わっていただきます。

部署について
CIU(CyberAgent group Infrastructure Unit)は、サイバーエージェントグループ全体のインフラ基盤を担う組織です。
その中でも本チームは、動画配信・スタジオ領域におけるITインフラの設計・構築・運用を担当しています。 従来の動画配信では、映像とIPネットワークは明確に分離され、完成された映像をエンコードして配信する形が主流でした。 しかし近年では、プロトコルの進化(ST2110 / SRT / NDI など)やハードウェア処理能力の向上により、 映像信号をIPのまま扱い、ソフトウェア的に制御・加工・連携するスタイルが急速に広がっています。
映像機器・ネットワーク・サーバー・クラウド・ソフトウェアが一体となる現在、 本ポジションでは 「放送技術 × ITインフラ × 開発」を横断しながら、 次世代の動画伝送・制作技術をキャッチアップし、実際のビジネスにフィードバックする役割を担っていただきます。
