本ポジションは、顧客の業務課題に対して
「どのようなシステム構成・データ設計で成立させるか」を定義するアーキテクトです。
商談初期から入り込み、
As-Is / To-Be を整理した上で、
API連携、データフロー、システム構成を設計し、
技術的に成立するかどうかを判断する最初の意思決定者として関わっていただきます。
コードを書くこと自体が主目的ではありません。
その代わり、
この構成でスケールするか
運用に耐えるか
現場で使われるか
といった設計の妥当性に責任を持つ役割です。

契約期間:期間の定めなし
試用期間:あり(3ヵ月 場合によっては6ヵ月)
就業時間:フルフレックス(コアタイムなし)
就業場所:東京本社および在宅のハイブリッド
休日 :土日、祝日
休暇 :年次有給休暇(入社3ヵ月後に5日、6ヵ月後に5日、12ヵ月後に11日を付与する。)
産前産後休暇、育児休業・介護休業、看護休暇、慶弔休暇、裁判員休暇等
残業 :あり(裁量労働制 平均月20時間以内)
給与 :想定年収 750万円~1000万円 ※応相談
通勤手当:会社規定に基づき支給
