【仕事内容】

新規事業であるSaaSのプロダクトの強化に対応すべく、開発組織の拡大に取り組んでいる同社。中心となるエンジニアであるTech Leadと数名のエンジニアで構成されたチームを作っています。

<具体的な業務内容>

3~5名のエンジニアのリーダ的ポジションを担っていただきます。

・プロダクトマネージャやカスタマーサクセスメンバーと議論しサービスや機能の企画段階から従事

・概要設計、影響範囲調査、工数見積などの案件開始準備

・チームリーダとして、要求分析、アーキテクチャ設計を実施

・メンバーのコード品質担保、生産性確保、育成等を通して開発をリード

・自らも開発業務、並びに開発したコードのテスト業務

・他のエンジニア/テックリードと協力し、相互依存のある課題を解決しチーム/プロダクトに貢献

【求める人材】

■求めるスキル・経験【必須】

、フロントエンド?バックエンドまでの開発経験(full stack engineerとしての開発経験)

、アジャイル開発を採用したチームをリードした経験(スクラムマスターとしての経験)

、JavaScript、Java8以降をベースとしたWebアプリケーションの設計/開発経験(3年以上)

、コードレビューの経験とサービス運用の経験
