IT活用による改善方針や対応優先度を整理する支援をご担当いただきます。

ツール選定よりも課題整理が中心です。

・現状分析、改善ポイント整理

・IT活用方針の検討

・検討資料、提案資料作成

・関係者調整、合意形成
