【業務内容】

ご経験やご希望に応じて施工計画プロジェクトもしくは施工図プロジェクトのいずれかをご担当頂き、建築現場へのBIM導入・施工BIMの推進をお任せ致します。

生産性向上を図るため施工計画、DX、業務効率を追求したプロセス変革、情報を一元化するワンモデルBIMの活用を推進しています。

■施工図プロジェクト

・フロントローディング検討・施工検討打ち合わせ

・設計図をもとにしたRevit施工図作成

・施工計画プロジェクトの場合は、現場管理経験を活かしBIMモデル活用・建設プロセスの効率化提案

・フジタ社向け施工図やAutoCADの研修講師・アシスタント(BIM1教育課の研修応援含む)

⇒研修開催場所は都内の他、研修センター(愛甲石田駅よりバス15分)での実施もあり(宿泊研修あり)

■施工計画プロジェクト

・施工工程ごとのステップや、部分的な詳細工程をBIM上で可視化・シミュレーション

・専門業者との打ち合わせ、現場への展開、施工支援、BIMモデルによる進捗管理

⇒現場常駐は原則ありませんが、今後大型案件で発生する可能性が出てくるかもしれません

勤務時間・曜日:

休日日数125日

完全週休二日(土曜、日曜)、祝日、夏季、年末年始、慶弔休暇、

想定年収363万円〜586万円

※賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、ご年齢やご経験に応じて決定・優遇致します。

月給:237,500円~371,820円(基本給:209,000円~331,820円+その他固定手当/月:28,500円~40,000円)※固定手当は等級・号俸制による等級手当
