仕事内容


【主な仕事内容】

仮設計画図の作成・施工計画の検討を、

Revitや、Archicadで

作業します。また2DCAD(AutoCAD)

での作図も行います。

Revitや、Archicadの業務経験者、

仮設計画図の実務経験者の方はもちろんですが、

建築業界での経験や知識をお持ちで、

施工管理等の異職種からチャレンジされる方も大歓迎です。

【新人研修体制】

一人一人に合わせた研修を行います。

面接でスキルを確認させていただき、

研修内容を検討し必要に応じた研修を行います。

またBIMの経験のない方は操作方法の研修を、

BIMの操作には十分なスキルをお持ちの方で

CAD操作の経験があまり無い場合は

CAD操作の研修を行います。

【研修後のスキルUP】

最初は先輩社員の作業補助等から業務をはじめ

さらに実務を通してスキルUPしていきます。

将来はBIM・CADの両方を扱う

『これからの図面屋さん』として、

また即戦力のスキルをお持ちの方は、

スキルをさらに磨きをかけて

ご活躍いただければと思います。

力を合わせて業務を行っていきましょう。

将来、得意先のゼネコンの社内や現場事務所内

での作図勤務の場合があります。

当社の本社で研修・業務をスタートします。

将来、得意先の大手ゼネコンの社内や

現場事務所内での業務を行う場合があります。

求めている人材


BIM(Revit、もしくはArchicad)の実務経験者歓迎

AutoCADで仮設計画図作成経験者歓迎

建築の施工管理の経験があり、BIMや図面作成に興味をお持ちの方歓迎

一級建築士優遇

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日

8:30~17:30

給与詳細


※基本給・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 20万円 〜 25万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり7万円 〜 12万円

  • 月給27万円~37万円

※経験・年齢等を考慮します

  • 月給の内訳

・基本給 :20万円~25万円

・定期的に支払われる手当

能率手当: 6万円~11万円

住宅手当: 1万円

合計 :27万円~37万円

  • その他手当

皆勤手当:1万円

交通費規定支給:上限月3万5000円

残業手当

経験・年齢等を考慮します。

即戦力になりうる方には、別途調整手当(1~10万)を支給します。

一級建築士の資格をお持ちの方、別途手当(3~5万)を支給します。

残業代は別途全額支給いたします。

給与例


年収480万円/入社8年(月給40万円+諸手当)
