仕事内容:
外国の特許事務について、出願業務から年金管理まで様々な業務を担当していただきます。主な業務は以下のとおりです。
・国際特許,外国の特許等の出願から登録までの事務手続き全般
・英語による現地代理人との書面やメールでのやり取り
・期限管理,弁理士や特許技術者とのやり取り
・電話,メール等での顧客対応
・請求書発行,送金処理
アピールポイント:
ありがたいことに依頼件数が増えており、外国事務業務の仕事量も増えているため人員強化を図ることになりました。女性が多く活躍している職場です。(30名中、17名が女性)
事務員は全員女性で、年齢層はバラバラです。子育て中の方や介護中の方も在籍しています。
基本的には個人で作業や管理をすることが多いですが、困ったことがあれば気軽に相談できる環境になっています。また、出社勤務と在宅勤務(テレワーク)の両方を採用しており、各自が比較的自由に選択可能となっています。
私服の決まりはありません。髪色やアクセサリー等も自由です。
求める人材:
専門学校や短大卒以上、且つ、英語力(英文読解力)がある方(TOEIC700点以上もしくは同等の英語力がある方)を求めています。
事務経験(特に特許事務の経験)がある方、周りの人たちと円滑なコミュニケーションが図れる方、期限の管理や細かい作業が得意な方を歓迎いたします。さらに、単に作業をこなすだけでなく、法律や手続きについて自ら調べたり覚えたりするような向上心がある方は大歓迎です。
勤務時間・曜日:
実働7時間です。時差出勤制を採用しています。
コアタイムは11時~16時,フレックスタイムは7時半~19時半,昼休みは12時~13時です。
休暇・休日:
完全週休2日制(土・日)、祝日、年末年始、夏季、慶弔、有給休暇があります。
本年の年末年始休暇は12/27(土)~1/4(日)です。
勤務地:
JR中央線の吉祥寺駅北口から徒歩5分、ロフトの向かいです。転勤や出張はありません。
