J:COMインフラサービスのPRスタッフ募集

月給30万円〜+インセンティブ+昇給あり月収50万〜100万円も目指せる

お客様の暮らしを良くするための提案でやりがいがある

J:COM(ジェイコム)のサービスをすでに導入されている

マンション・アパートのお客様に対して、

テレビ・インターネット・固定電話・モバイル・電力など、

暮らしを支えるインフラサービスのご提案を行うお仕事です。

すでにJ:COM設備が入っている集合住宅にお住まいの方へ訪問し、

「電波の点検」や「サービス内容のご説明」をきっかけに、

お客様の利用状況に合わせたプランや新サービスをご提案します。

【具体的な仕事内容】

  • 担当エリア(東京・神奈川・埼玉)の集合住宅をルートで訪問
  • テレビやネット回線などの電波状況・ご利用状況のヒアリング
  • 現在のプラン内容の確認・不満やお困りごとのヒアリング
  • 最適なプランへの切り替えや、新サービス(モバイル・ネットなど)のご提案
  • 契約内容のご説明、申込手続きのサポート
  • 簡単な報告書・顧客情報の入力 など

※いきなり飛び込みでゼロから営業するのではなく、

  • 「すでにJ:COMと関係性があるお客様」が中心ですので安心して働けます

アピールポイント:

【未経験でも安心】

営業未経験の方でも成果を出せるように、

代表が1〜2週間、現場に同行しながらマンツーマンで教えます。

  • 名刺の出し方・立ち振る舞い
  • アイスブレイク(雑談)のコツ
  • 商品・サービスの基本知識
  • 提案の流れ・クロージングトーク など

すべてトークスクリプト(台本)とロープレがあるので、

「営業は初めて」「人と話すのは好きだけど不安」という方も大丈夫です。

「今の自分には武器がない…」という方でも、

頑張る気持ちがあれば、一生食べていける営業スキルを身につけられます。

【キャリアパス】

  • 入社〜1〜2週間:代表同行のOJT、基礎研修
  • 1〜3ヶ月:一人で担当エリアを回りながら、提案〜契約まで一通り経験

・チームリーダーとしてメンバー育成・新規事業の立ち上げサポート・組織づくり(仕組み・制度づくり) など、"初期メンバー"として、会社づくりにも関わっていただきます。
