◆本求人は、強化学習の領域で専門性を持つ強化学習エンジニア・リサーチャーを対象としています◆

チューリングは完全自動運転の実現を目指しているディープテックスタートアップです。

強化学習チームのミッションは、強化学習技術を用いて実世界で動作する頑健なE2E自動運転システムを実現することです.そのために、評価・学習に使用する3D Gaussian Splattingベースのシミュレータ,大規模分散強化学習基盤,制御システム(MPC等)に取り組んでいます。

■強化学習エンジニアの業務内容

・実世界で動作する頑健なE2E自動運転モデルの研究・開発を行います.

・E2E自動運転向けシミュレータの開発

・大規模な分散強化学習基盤の構築

・実世界で走行可能なE2E自動運転モデルを実現する強化学習アルゴリズムの研究・開発

・実際の走行試験による強化学習モデルの性能検証

Requirements
・チューリングの理念への共感

・強化学習の理論と実装に精通していること

・自身で強化学習の環境・報酬を設計した経験

・Pythonで基礎的なアルゴリズム実装が可能であること

・日本語でのコミュニケーション能力(JLPT N2相当以上)

エンジニア

・想定年収:7,000,000円~10,000,000円

・基本給:444,449円~634,925円

・みなし残業手当:138,891円~198,415円(※みなし残業40時間相当分)

シニアエンジニア

・想定年収:10,000,000円~15,000,000円

・基本給:634,925円~952,380円

・みなし残業手当:198,415円~297,620円(※みなし残業40時間相当分)

プリンシパルエンジニア

・想定年収:15,000,000円~25,000,000円

・基本給:952,380円~1,587,306円

・みなし残業手当:297,620円~496,034円(※みなし残業40時間相当分)

※上記は想定額のため、最終的には現年収を考慮しつつ経験・スキルを考慮して内定時に提示します

※現在は2拠点体制となっており、両オフィスに出社しておりますが、2025年11月中旬を目処に、大崎本社を現平和島ラボへ移転し拠点を平和島ラボへ集約する予定です。
